This is a reminder that this Sunday, September 27th, Walgreens is coming to CNSCS to administer the SEASONAL Flu Shots to those 14 years and older. The cost is $24.99 and if we have a large enough number of participants, Walgreens may be able to donate some of the funds back to the school!
Payments must be made by cash or check only. Those with insurance cards need to check their policy to be sure that “Pharmacy Benefits” are covered. You will need to sign a form from Walgreens before you receive the shot. The forms will be available on premise.
